Kailection, LLC reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

GENERAL

We understand that shopping online can be difficult and want to work with each of you to ensure you get the best fit and style possible. Due to the nature of our small brand and the global pandemic, we are NOT accepting returns.

CHANGES / CANCELATIONS

If you place an order for a product and wish to change your mind, our policy will honor changes / cancelations within the first 24 hours of your order.

EXCHANGES

As stated above, due to the global pandemic and the nature of our small business exchanges of products cannot be completed unless the items retain their hygiene liners and original tags.

Upon receiving your products, it is recommended that you try on your suits wearing a pair of clean underwear to ensure the fit is to your liking. Inspect all garments prior to trying on and if there are any concerns please contact us immediately.

In order to exchange product according to policy, the hygiene liners, product tags, and original packaging must be returned within 7 days of arrival to your door step back to Kailections, LLC.
