How to Place an Order
So stoked you found us Queen! Once you find the garment that you desire, please add to your cart and proceed to check out. In the checkout you can review your order to ensure that all sizing and color preferences are correct. If for any reason you need to adjust your cart, please feel free to remove items and continue to shop accordingly.

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed every 2-3 business days. As we navigate through the constantly changing climate of COVID-19, shipping durations may take up to 2-3 weeks. All orders are (safely) hand packaged with love in Hawaii.
Will my order have a tracking number? If so, when will I receive it?
YAS BABY. We provide tracking numbers with every purchase order. All orders will be delivered via USPS both domestic + international. Please please please be sure to complete your CORRECT address upon checking out.
Ah! I entered the wrong shipping address!
No worries! Things happen. We are able to update your shipping address if you are able to notify us within 24 hour of your purchase. Anytime after the first 24 hours, you will be subject to pay for additional shipping fees. Please contact us for further information accordingly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. The sooner the better sis. If the 24 hour period has passed, we cannot guarantee that your order can be adjusted. Once our processing has commenced, we will be unable to make any changes. For cancellations please contact us within the first 24 hours of your order placement.
My order says it has arrived but it's not here? Help!
We are so sorry to hear that your package wasn't able to make it to you. Nikoi by Kai is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Once the items have been shipped the items have fallen into the grace of the universe and we hope that every single one makes it to your closet.
Umm, my package took a beating and arrived a little janky...
Although we handle every order we receive with love, respect and a through quality check, unfortunately, the hands at most postal providers do not. With that said, we are not liable for any damages that the postal service providers cause. If your delivery arrives a hot mess and your items have been affected, please send us an email at email@example.com with images your name and your order number.

What is the best to keep my bikini poppin’?
Nothing beats a fresh bikini fresh out of the bag ✨ Here’s a few tips to keep your suit in the highest of quality.
- Hand wash in soapy cold water and rinse with cold water.
- Avoid warm/hot water by all means!
- Lay out flat out of direct sunlight or hang dry
- DO NOT LEAVE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT
- Wash off sea salt / chlorine ASAP!
- DO NOT WASH IN WARM OR HOT WATER
- Avoid contact with rough areas such as stone pool surfaces, pebbles, lava rocks, etc. We do not take responsibility for balling of fabrics when in contact with rough surfaces.
- Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils and high levels of chlorine.
- Store in a dry place with good air flow or safely in the garment bag provided.
- Each piece its carefully inspected by our team prior to shipping.
